Shipping Policy

We're proud to offer simple, transparent shipping across Canada.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE for all orders over $125 CAD
  • $10 flat rate for orders between $75–$124.99 CAD
  • Standard Canada Post rates for orders under $75 CAD

We currently ship within Canada only.

 

Remote Area Surcharge

Some rural or remote addresses may incur a shipping surcharge due to elevated courier rates. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before shipping to confirm the cost or offer the option to
cancel.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. We pack everything with care to protect your flowers in transit.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Urban addresses: 3–7 business days after shipping
  • Remote/rural addresses: 7–12 business days after shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and weather conditions.

 

Tracking

All orders shipped using our flat-rate or free shipping options include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Orders under $75 (shipped at standard Canada Post rates) may or may not include tracking, depending on the size, weight, and shipping method
selected.

 

Packaging

We pack your flowers in sturdy boxes to ensure safe delivery. Bouquets and large stems are wrapped in tissue and recyclable padding.

 

Additional Delivery Information

  • P.O. Boxes: We’re happy to ship to P.O. boxes for orders delivered by Canada Post. However, courier services (FedEx, Purolator, etc.) cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.  If your order requires a courier, we may contact you to request a street address.
  • If no one is home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be left in a safe location at the discretion of the carrier.  We are not responsible for parcels stolen after delivery.
  • Promo codes must be applied at checkout. We’re unable to apply discounts retroactively once your order has been placed.
  • We work with multiple carriers depending on your location and the size of your order. These may include Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator or others. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is ready
    to ship.

 

Important Notes

  • All transit times are estimated business days and may vary based on carrier volume, weather, or delivery location.
  • Orders cannot be changed once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
  • Shipping rates and policies may change as we grow and adjust to carrier pricing.
  • While can sometimes to P.O. boxes via Canada Post, we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes in all cases.
