Return Policy

We want you to love your faux flowers. If something is not quite right, we are happy to help.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@myfauxflorist.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Please include your order number
in the email so we can locate your purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item(s) back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns (such as a change of mind or color preference).  Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.  We recommend sending the item(s) Registered Mail, as items will not be refunded if they get lost in the post.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.  Returned items must arrive in the same condition they were received. Please pack returns carefully, as we are unable to offer a refund for items damaged in return transit.

  

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The easiest way to get the replacement floral is to request a return, and place a new order for the correct item.

  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@myfauxflorist.com within 30 days of delivery.  Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and make it right.

Once the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email and cover all return shipping costs.

Please note that our flowers are handcrafted and designed to look as realistic as possible. Small variations between pieces are normal and part of their natural appearance. Wired stems are designed to be shaped or bent to your liking, and slight bending in transit is expected.  Longer stems may be bent in U-shape to fit within our shipping boxes.

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in lighting, photography, and screen settings, colors may appear slightly different in person.  Colours will also look different on different computer screens.  These differences are not considered a fault and do not qualify as a reason for return.

  

Late Returns

Returns must be approved in advance and postmarked within the timeframes outlined above.  Returns received outside of these timelines may be refused or refunded as store credit only, at our discretion.  Please contact us before sending back any item outside the return window.

  

Bouquets and Arrangements

Our bouquets are carefully designed and hand tied to create a balanced, natural look. Please do not untie your bouquet unless you are completely satisfied with it, as a rearranging fee may be deducted from your refund if the bouquet is returned loose or reworked.

Custom modifications, such as trimming stems to fit your own vase, may make the bouquet non-refundable. 

 

Builder Tool Bundles and Multi-Stem Kits

Our Builder Tool bundles and other kits are offered at a discount from the full retail price of individual stems. If only part of a bundle is returned, the refund will reflect the discounted rate rather than the full price of each stem.

Note that we are unable to make substitutions to flowers chosen with the Bouquet Bundler once the order has been processed.

 

Promotional Offers

  • Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after the order is placed.
  • Only one promotion may be used per order. Discount codes, free gifts, and other offers cannot be combined.
  • If returned items reduce your order below a promotional threshold, such as for a free gift, the gift must also be returned or its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
  • We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased before a sale or promotion begins.

 

Seasonal Sales

All seasonal sale items and Black Friday or Boxing Week specials are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect.

  

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please double check your address, as we can not change this once shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@myfauxflorist.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  

Return Abuse and Quality Standards

To maintain the quality of our products and service, we may apply a restocking fee in rare cases, including for repeat returners, high-volume orders, or returns that suggest the flowers were used temporarily and then returned.

Items that cannot be returned

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Items on sale
  • Gift cards
  • Custom pieces
  • Any item marked final sale
  • Seasonal sale items

  

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within ten business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process
the refund.

If more than fifteen business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not
received it, please contact us at info@myfauxflorist.com.
