Shipping Rates

  • $10 flat rate shipping on all orders!

We currently ship within Canada only.

 

Remote Area Surcharge

Some rural or remote addresses may incur a shipping surcharge due to elevated courier rates. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before shipping to confirm the cost or offer the option to cancel.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Urban addresses: 3–7 business days after shipping
  • Remote/rural addresses: 7–12 business days after shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and weather conditions.

 

Rush Orders

We know that sometimes gifts and special occasions sneak up on us, and we are always happy to accommodate rush orders whenever possible.

For expedited orders, we do our best to prepare and deliver your package to the courier as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Pacific Time) may qualify for same day courier drop off.

Available expedited shipping rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location. Please note that an alternate courier may occasionally be used if it allows us to get your order to you more quickly at the same shipping cost.

Please note that all estimated delivery dates are provided by the courier companies themselves. While My Faux Florist works hard to ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee carrier delivery timelines once a package has been handed over to the courier.

 

Substitute Couriers

We reserve the right to ship orders using an alternate carrier when it may result in faster delivery or more reliable service. While specific shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout, orders may ultimately be shipped via another carrier at our discretion. Our priority is always to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.


 Tracking

All our orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once it is ready for shipping.

 

Packaging

Your flowers are carefully packed in sturdy shipping boxes to help ensure they arrive safely and beautifully. To protect arrangements during transit, recycled packing materials may occasionally be used to prevent shifting and reduce waste.

 

Additional Delivery Information

  • Please note that our $10 flat rate shipping may not apply to P.O. Box addresses. Many of our preferred couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, and in those cases we may need to use an alternative carrier at a higher cost. If this occurs, we will contact you with available shipping options and pricing before processing your order. In some cases, we may not be able to find a reasonable delivery option to a P.O. Box.
  • If no one is home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be left in a safe location at the discretion of the carrier.  We are not responsible for parcels stolen after delivery.
  • Promo codes must be applied at checkout. We’re unable to apply discounts retroactively once your order has been placed.
  • We work with multiple carriers depending on your location and the size of your order. These may include Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator or others. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is ready to ship.

  • All transit times are estimated business days and may vary based on carrier volume, weather, or delivery location.
  • Orders cannot be changed once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
  • Shipping rates and policies may change as carrier pricing fluctuates.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes in all cases.
