There is no difference! They can all be used interchangeably.

Real Touch flowers are known for their polymer-dipped petals that look and feel incredibly lifelike. They are often considered the most premium option in the world of artificial florals. Real Touch and similar stems are part of our Premium line.

Silk flowers can be soft and delicate or slightly stiffer, depending on how they are made. They often look very realistic, though they may not feel quite as natural as Real Touch. Our silk stems are selected for their visual realism and are part of our Elevated line.

Fabric flowers include all kinds of non-silk materials and usually are not coated for a realistic feel. We choose these flowers for their beautiful appearance and budget-friendly price. They are part of our Standard line.

Our ready-to-go bouquets come hand-tied and beautifully wrapped. Build-your-own bouquets from our Builder Tool arrive unarranged and un-cut, unless you choose the "Trimming & Wrapping" option at the bottom of the Builder Tool page. A-la-carte stems arrive loose and uncut.

Yes! We want you to love your faux florals, and will make it right if you change your mind. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the flowers are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding any original shipping charges.
